Work Contract

For Website Development and Design

Contract Parties

First Party: ayoubdev company, represented by the programmer Mr. Ayoub Makrane, hereinafter referred to as "the Programmer".
Second Party: ................................................. (Client Name), hereinafter referred to as "the Client".

The two parties have agreed on the following:

Article One: Contract Subject

The programmer shall design and program a website based on the client's request, and the work includes:

  • Programming the website according to the agreed specifications.
  • Monitoring the website's performance during and after delivery.
  • Maintaining technical errors that may appear.
  • Providing hosting service if agreed upon.

Article Two: Completion Period

The work duration is determined by the client when starting the project implementation. The programmer is committed to delivering the work within the agreed time limit.

Article Three: Compensation

The financial consideration is determined by the client after the final agreement and is paid after the project delivery, in case of acceptance by the client.

Article Four: Payment and Delivery Terms

  • The client is not obligated to pay except after receiving and reviewing the complete project.
  • The client has the right to refuse payment if not satisfied with the work result, provided clear and logical justifications are presented.

Article Five: Right of Return

The client has the right to return the paid amount after delivery, in case of discovering a fundamental defect that was not declared by the programmer upon delivery, within a period to be agreed upon later.

Article Six: Ownership Rights

All programming and design rights remain with the programmer (Ayoub Makrane) until the transaction is completed. Upon payment of the agreed amount, all intellectual and technical ownership rights are transferred to the client.

Article Seven: Contract Termination

  • The client may terminate the contract at any time, provided the programmer is notified of this.
  • In case part of the work has been completed, appropriate compensation can be negotiated if found.

Article Eight: General Provisions

  • The official language of the contract is English.
  • The parties may prepare an additional copy in Arabic when needed.
  • Any modification or addition to this contract must be in writing and with the consent of both parties.
